应用方法:

1.操作温度:室温下                     2.涂布量:60～150g/Μ²

3.UV光源:高压汞灯,输出功率-80-120瓦/公分

4.喷涂粘度：18～25秒（岩田#2杯）     5.干燥速度:5～10米/分/灯

6.静置时间:5～10分/红外线灯照射/35～45℃

操作注意事项:

1.操作区或储存区不可直接照射阳光

2.UV光照设备应加装隐蔽式幕帘,避免作业人员直接曝露于UV光源下,而伤害到皮肤或眼睛.

3.操作时,应配戴防护眼镜/薄膜手套.若皮肤接触到UV涂料时,应立即用肥皂水洗净

4.使用前,请先充分搅拌均匀,不可任意添加溶剂或香蕉水稀释

UV-9945# Mat which is cured by exposure to intense ultraviolet light. It is designed for spraying and to produce a smooth surface with hard, tough and good scratch/chemical resistance.

Purpose:

It is designed for producing good quality of wood products coating, ex. Furniture /wood floor.
